Vince enjoys the CORDILHEIRA DE SANT'ANA Merlot Reserva Especiale 2008 from a fine vintage in Brasil in a Brazilian restaurant in Woodbridge, Nortrhern Virginia where we hosted our Brazilian Wine-Tasting of these fine wines! That was back in late 2012 : we need to get the wines here AGORA! Help me, let's work together to do this sooner than later. Cheers,  Anthony ( TONY ) Quinn 1/27/14

     Look at the color!

Katarina and Vince confer on the wines after tasting through them all.

Being an artist I like to take some interesting pictures like the one above.

Ola ... this is what I just wrote and posted, please LIKE Bralvin Facebook page as I am still trying to get your fine wines here to the United States! Cheers, tim tim ...   Anthony ( TONY Quinn  1/27/14   Have you seen my blogs on you all at : chatwine.blogspot.com, and also at : chatbrasil.blogspot.com?  TONY   ...

Good luck Fabiana Goncalves ( Blog Escrivinhos )  ! I will be adding to this in English and mention wineries like CORDILHEIRA De SANT'ANA Do Livramento, Palomas, Campanha Gaucha - I have an empty bottle here of the dry red Merlot Reserva Especiale 2008 - fine vintage, and the less-expensive dry white, Reserva des PAMPAS 2009 white blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay that I tasted people on here in the wine trade. I would like to get this vineyard imported here to the United States! Can you help me? Cheers, Anthony ( TONY ) Quinn 1/27/14

Obregado SALTON Wines Of Brasil For Helping To Pave The Way Here In Washington D.C. For A True Place On Our Shelves @ Cleveland Park Wines & Spirits To Make Brasil Better Known & Appreciated As A Wine-Producing Force In Today's World Of Quality & Fine Wines!

I am pleased to see this here but sad that it does not also include the Moscatel espumante that's fruity and off-dry, as well as the dry and flavorful Tannat red that represents such great value at only $11.99 a bottle! The Moscatel sparkling and the Intenso Non-Vintage brut at $14.99 a bottle , the Flowers at $10.99, and the Pinot Noir at $17.99 I believe are also " true values ". What makes SALTON as a line of Brazilian wines work so well for us at Cleveland Park Wines & Spirits is the pricing and the quality ratio : " fighting values " today - agora - for a challenging time when there's lots of competition! No one knows these wines today, not even Brazilians that shop with us. We are both teachers and providers of " new " experiences to our customers that we hope will enrich their lives. We have worked really hard to expose as many people to these fine SALTON wines and we ended up the year really strongly at Cleveland Park last year as Mike Cavanagh that has helped us can attest to! Thanks Mike, thanks Katie. We have lots more work, and many more people to win over. But with this affordable pricing from both SALTON and from A & M we have the necessary tools to make a real impact and the presence of Brazil known finally here at least in Washington D.C., and we should now contact the Brazilian Embassy here and see if we cannot do an event there and invite many of our customers and work to make even a greater impact, with Carnival coming? Let's call and arrange something? What do you all think? Cheers,  Anthony ( TONY ) Quinn  1/18/14

Thanks for sharing this Ana Paula! Drink some CASA VALDUGA, some LIDIO CARRARO, some MIOLO and some SALTON wines from Brazil that we sell. Tell your friends that we sell the wines and the Cachaca like LEBLON, too ... remember that Jody,  Krista and Fatima , as well as Mike, and way back Flavius have all tasted these Brazilian products here with you? Cheers,  Anthony ( TONY ) Quinn  1/15/14 , I love the cartoon below. It says so much and is important to share widely! Where did you find it Ana Paula? I would like to know? Are there more? Let's get the ball rolling here on Brazil and all that makes it the great and vibrant country that it is. I want to go back. My trip in late June of 2012 just got me more interested and I am now in contact with Barry and others that want to pursue this quest of ours further. I would like someday to work together closely with all those that have been involved so far : Gustavo, Roberta, Ana Paula, Barbara, Francine, Fernanda, Roberto, Mr. Paris, Michele, Jaqueline, Ruiz, Clovis, Anna, Bruno, Fatima, Krista ... and so many more of you. These are exciting times and , unfortunately to date so few know about it yet. Let's all MAKE SOME NOISE, then some more noise, and then more, and more, until more people do, in fact know! Cheers,  Anthony ( TONY ) Quinn  on this Wednesday late morning here in northern Virginia as I get ready to go to work and promote more Brazilian wine and Cachaca and more : AGORA - OLA, BOM DIA a tudos ...   TONY,   11:07AM  , .....

Let's not forget the true " gems " of Brasil like the Bordo red from VINICOLA ZATTERA that deserves to ne imported here and shared with those in the United States as it is already being enjoyed in Japan. Why should only Japan know and have the joys and fruity flesht ripe and fresh flavors of a red Bordo grape as exemplified here by Fernanda pictured above and her family's Bordo red of ZATTERA that is made by her sister?!? It's delicious and relatively inexpensive and easy to drink in the warmer weather outside at a picnic,  watching the next Soccer World Cup?!? Tim Tim!

Batman has it right, let's share what he knows, spread the word , and increase the message a million-or-more-fold!      TONY
