I WROTE and posted this just now on STERLING WINERY'S picture above posted by them on Facebook that I just saw. This is what seeing that prompted me to write below. I hope they do not mind me copying and pasting the photo here to show what I am referring to? if they do I will gladly delete the photo. We will see, I am ready to accommodate them if they wish. Cheers. I have enjoyed in the past the simplicity and elegance of STERLING, I do not need the jewelry, too. The wine in itself is all the decoration, ornamentation that I need for me senses and my palate. Anthony ( TONY ) Quinn Thursday night here at home now in northern Virginia at 11:57PM, Cheers, Happy Thursday everyone, TONY
An interesting concept that intrigues me and yet with STERLING I think it's about the simplicity of the wine, the wine without ornament, the wine without " dressing ", that's natural and itself, that's the key, for me to STERLING'S continued success, relevance in today's global market L less is sufficiently more to keep STERLING in the world wine game. Cheers for the lovely basics STERLING< don't forget that with you alcohol levels in check, and the balance of the wine integral always. Cheers, Anthony ( TONY ) Quinn 7/18/13 I just wrote this looking at the picture of your cork with the jewelry on top of it posted today on Facebook. I say ultimately, " lose the jewelry ", the wine's the jewelry, you just have to taste it longer, taste and the hold the wine longer on your palate, don't be in a rush to swallow, take it in gradually, savour it : cheers! Not everyone does this, you have with some of your wines, my palate greatly appreciates that. Cheers and bravo to you for that, TONY
