A Wonderful Dinner At Umai-Yoo Restaurant On Thursday, June 21st, 2012 In Caxias Do Sul, Serra Gaucha, Brasil With Enologo Alejandro Cardozo and Laurent : Obregado Alejandro E udos A Umai- Yoo!
Cleaning my desk and their drawers just now on a cool and partly sunny Sunday afternoon here at home in northern Virginia and finding the red long rectangangular deep red paper sack that contained my chopsticks at the Umai-Yoo in Caxias Do Sul on Rua Marques do Herval, 315 Altos Do Juvenll, Caxias do Sul, Fone 54 3537 6667 ( go to : www.umai-yoo.com.br ) all written by them on this red,
and I wrote : " Great meal! " Dinner with Alesandro and Laurent. Thur night in Caxias June 21st, 2012 ' When I flip the long red papaer over ( it is pictured above in the first photo , I needed something to write on and a souvenir! ), it says : " O melhor da culinaria orientalevoce quem esclhe. "
I really enjoyed it. I have to complement Alesandro, he did a 150% job at making this whole day tasting the PIAGENTINI / X DECIMA / TORO amazing! Here we had a beer that was delightful after all the great wine at their tasting room / winery and lunch earlier at other good friends of Alesandro's.

Great to share them here as well. Happy Sunday all. Bom dia ... ola Alesandro! Obregado Alesandro and all at the Umai-Yoo that Thursday eveing way back when on June 21st, 2012. Great memories. I would gladly return there any day or night.
And before this wonderful meal we enjoyed the tour and tasting at the cellars/winery warehouse and also a lunch with Alejandro

and night for me in the wine town of Caxias Do Sul with Alejandro doing such an amazing job to introduce us to so many wonderful things ' Brasil " there in such a short period of time : worked marvelously for me and I will never forget it and always be thanksful for both the professional side of Alejandro as well as his bih Uruguyan heart and sense of both hospitality and seeing the bigger picture at hand : quite the man : obregado muito , gracias muchas Alejandro, et , bien sur, meric infinement, and a big , hearty thanks as well!
